White FUCKING Lotus

Something I enjoy doing is watching the HBO after episode breakdowns, this season of White Lotus started out absolutely nuts and I am not prepared at all for what is going to happen. I am pretty amped about the cast, HBO shows always seem to do a good job at finding either emerged but fringe or nepo actors to play roles and I assume psychologically it creates a unique set environment that leads to really quality and slightly competitive acting… but maybe I’m over thinking it. Anyway, thus far I would recommend season 3, but WHAT HAPPENED TO THE INTRO SONG!

YouTube Nostalgia

While zero thought all vibes is a newsletter about weekly consumption return to the rye, the name of this page, is focused on returning to the thoughtless things I enjoyed as a child/teen/younger adult. Pepto Bismol

Coming off of vacation in the DR I feel like I may have contracted a stomach bug, potentially bacterial… idk I have a sensitive stomach and I felt bloated and in pain every night while sleeping. In recent years, since discontinuing my zoloft I have been reminded of the direct brain to gut connection and when I get anxious it almost always manifests in acid production leading to heartburn, stomach aches, etc. Well, given the state of the WORLD, and my own personal state of trying to move out of my parents basement, plus starting a new job, and everything else [Lost in my Late 20’s]… I feel I have overindulged in many like arenas… one thing that helps me solve that (which I had completely forgotten about until Tuesday evening this week) is Pepto :) Thank you Pepto, you saved my life… PUT IT ON A SHIRT!

I chuckle at the copy of this every time I read

it “upset stomach due to overindulgence in food and drink” like come on that is such insulting language it is comical.

A strange combo of music this week, but this is what you signed up for. We start with Hamzah the Fantastic & Claire Drake, some Youtubers out of Toronto that Sabrina and I have been following through Mandy’s iPhone… It feels pretty goofy but thats what winter does to you. Then we move on to new Bon Iver, some classic Dirt Heads, new Suki Waterhouse, a Whethan Remix, Daniel Caesar and Rex Orange County, The Lumineers, and lastly Dexter and The Moonrocks.
